Placemakr Dupont Circle is a hidden gem in the heart of Washington DC's vibrant Embassy Row. the historic mansion, now transformed into Oakwood Suites & Studios, offers a blend of modern amenities and old-world charm. Our unit, a Deluxe One-Bedroom, provided a spacious layout with a full kitchen, comfortable seating area, and a walk-in closet - offering great value for under $150 a day. The grand Foyer at the Patterson Mansion is a sight to behold, with custom seating and open spaces perfect for elegant gatherings. We were able to visit the nearby Smithsonian museums easily thanks to the close proximity to the underground train station. The location was ideal, surrounded by beautiful greenery and within walking distance to fantastic restaurants, bookshops, and coffee shops. the reception staff were friendly and accommodating, even storing our luggage after we checked out. the common kitchen area stocked with fruit and yoghurt was a thoughtful touch, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere of the hotel. Placemakr Dupont Circle truly exceeded our expectations, making our stay memorable and enjoyable.
